The governing body of Bialik College is the School Council. Its composition is governed by the school constitution. Its functions include the direction of general school policy, control of school finances, public appeals and public relations. The Council usually meets once a month. The Executive, which is elected from the Council Members, manages the day-to-day affairs of the school on behalf of the School Council.
