KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• ability to teach primary students Years 2 -6
• knowledge of Australian music examinations
• Knowledge of Kodaly and Orff teaching methodologies
• ability to organise and conduct ensembles
• ability to teach instruments in large groups
• ability to work as a team member within a large music department
• ability to teach music technology
• good communication skills
• ability to display initiative


QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants should have appropriate tertiary qualifications and VIT registration

SALARY, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Salary will be determined according to qualifications and years of experience.
