On 20 March, Principal Jeremy Stowe-Lindner attended the opening of the Jewish Museum’s Evolving Identities exhibition, which features work by current and former students of Bialik College.
Evolving Identities is part of a permanent exhibition at the museum, Calling Australia Home and explores the question, “What does it mean to be Jewish in Australia today?” The exhibition shows some of the outstanding student works that have been submitted by over the years as a creative response to the My Family History project, part of Bialik’s Year 7 Bnei Mitzvah program.
On Opening Night, Principal Jeremy Stowe-Lindner, as well as Sidra Moshinsky (Bialik’s Head of Jewish Studies), spoke at the event, which was attended by Bialik families, members of Council and Board Members from the Jewish Museum.
Evolving Identities is now open for public viewing.
