Dogs for Life

We had the pleasure of welcoming Black Labrador Shadow and her wonderful family to our school. Lynne and David Wilson, along with their children Ella, Ava, and Ben, and their grandmother Daphne Gaddie, joined us for a special visit. Shadow holds a special place in our hearts as the first dog to join our Dogs for Life program ten years ago in 2014.

Our Dogs for Life program has been instrumental in helping students from Prep to Year 2 achieve their educational goals and improve their emotional well-being, all with the companionship of our furry friends.

It's amazing how dogs can teach important concepts by simply being themselves, helping children learn through experience rather than just words. These lessons extend beyond the classroom, guiding students in making friends and respecting others' boundaries on the playground and beyond.
