Enrolments at Bialik

Why enrol at Bialik College?

Bialik College instils a lifelong love of learning among our students, and we have attained a reputation for academic excellence which is supported by teaching methods that embrace an innovative Culture of Thinking philosophy.

Bialik College students are welcomed into a community where their passions, ambitions and talents are nurtured by staff who make sure each student achieves their potential.

Bialik students come from throughout Melbourne, with a sizeable majority from the Caulfield area, with many travelling to school on public transport or Bialik buses.

All students attend one campus in Hawthorn East, creating a close-knit community from 3 months in the Creche, and 3 to 18 years in the Early Learning Centre and main school.

A close community

The College also has very strong community programs including the Old Collegians & Bialik College Parents’ Association.

We believe the College’s cross-communal ethos, which includes aspects from all streams of Judaism, best mirrors the mosaic of Jewish identity in Melbourne.

Supporting Israeli families

Bialik College, The King David School, Leibler Yavneh College, Mount Scopus Memorial College and Sholem Aleichem College together extend a warm and heartfelt welcome to Israeli families in our community.

In these challenging times, our close-knit Jewish community is uniting to embrace Israeli families and invite them into our schools.

If you are considering enrolling your child, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process to support your family during these trying times.

Together, we stand in solidarity with Israel, and our hearts are with you.

“Children are taught and nurtured by first-class educators in a beautiful twenty-first century environment. The Bialik experience is one that takes advantage of our single campus by providing leadership opportunities at all stages of school life.”
