Bialik College offers students first-class facilities that promote growth, learning and development in all areas of academic life.

STEM

Opening in 2023, the Alan Finkel Launch Lab is our new science and innovation precinct. 

The space offers six new state-of-the-art laboratories which are used by students in our primary, middle and secondary schools.

SPORTING FACILITIES

Our spectacular Gringlas Sports Centre contains a 25-metre pool, championship basketball courts and a fully-equipped gymnasium. The Gringlas Sports Centre is available for hire.

The Besen Family Art and Technology Centre has a recording studio, theatrette and art studios.

HALL AND HUB

The Victor Smorgon Hall and the Bursztyn Family Learning Hub are important learning spaces for the school. They include collaborative learning spaces, a Café and Year 12 Study Lounge. Both spaces, modern and digitally-enhanced spaces are available for hire.

FOOD AND GARDEN

Bialik students of every age work together to learn valuable life skills in our Kitchen Garden. The Bialik College Cafeteria, known as The Kutner Family Shuk, provides our students with the best nutritional value food and the selection includes gluten-free and dairy-free options.

Our beautiful Bialik College Campus

Bialik College operates a structure of ‘four sub-schools within a school’ on the Hawthorn Campus and by design, each building fosters connection and creativity. Each sub-school is governed by a Head of School.

The beautiful grounds of Bialik College include modern buildings on campus that welcome students of every age. The main buildings on campus are:

Early Learning Centre (ELC) 

An award-winning centre which includes a Children's Centre for children from 3 months and in a separate building, the Genia Janover Building, rooms for Kinder.

          Primary School 

          Primary School students are taught in the purpose-built Smorgon Family House for Years 2-5. Prep and Year 1 are situated in the Genia Janover Building. 

          Middle School 

          Year 6-9 students are taught custom-made spaces in The Smorgon Family House. 

          Senior School 

          Students are taught in the bespoke VCE Centre for Years 10-12, which includes extensive music rooms. Senior students also use the Victor Smorgon Hall.
