Yoga for Kids

My Yoga For Kids introduces the physical movements of yoga using music, drama, story-telling, drawings, relaxation and visualisation.

Yoga enhances flexibility, strength, coordination and body awareness. It is non-competitive, fostering self-esteem and confidence, encouraging cooperation and compassion.

My Yoga For Kids helps to develop concentration and a sense of calm, teaching children skills of relaxation.
