The enrolment process

1. To apply for a place at Bialik College, the following items must be submitted:

  • Bialik Enrolment Application Form signed by both parents. For a copy of the Bialik Enrolment Application Form to be sent to you, please call the Enrolments Team on (03) 9822 7981 or email [email protected].
  • Pay the non-refundable application fee of $150.
  • Copy of student’s birth certificate.
  • Copy of student’s immunisation history statement.

2. Families will be contacted in the year prior to requested entry year to advise of place availability and next steps. A meeting with prospective parents and students, the Principal and relevant Head of School may be offered if places open in respective year levels. Copies of your child’s most recent school reports 
will be requested (where applicable). Please note that place offers are made at the Principals discretion.

3. Once a place has been offered, parents are requested to pay a non-refundable confirmation fee. 

  • For Bialik Children's Centre (BCC) (0-3 years), this comprises a $1500 Acceptance of Place fee which guarantees your child’s place into K3 and is fully credited against Term 1, K3 fees. 
  • For (new) K3 – Year 12 offers, a $1500 Acceptance of Place fee is required, which comprises of a $500 Acceptance fee and a $1,000 pre-payment which is credited against Term 1 fees.

  • Applications are listed in order of date receipted and your child will be placed onto our waitlist register.
