Extended Hours Care Assistant (BOSHC)

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Assistant who will join our Bialik Outside School Hours Care program. Our BOSHC program operates between Monday - Friday before school from 7:00am - 9:00am, after school Monday - Thursday from 3:00pm - 6:00pm and Fridays 3:00pm to 5:00pm. Staff will be working at kinder 3 Bet covering lunch breaks from 11:30 to 3:00pm plus 8-hour shifts during the holiday care program.

Skills and Experience
- Completed a minimum of a Certificate 3 of an ACECQA approved qualification.
- Valid Working with Children's check.
- Be willing to obtain a Police check.
- Recognised first aid, emergency asthma management and anaphylaxis management training.
- Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and the National Regulations to make sure their practices are in accordance with these.
