VCE Legal Studies & Business Management Teacher

The Position

Due to unprecedented growth in these subject areas, we are seeking a passionate and dynamic Teacher to deliver high quality classes to our students. The role will involve teaching VCE Legal Studies & Business Management and Middle School Commerce electives.

This is a full-time role commencing the beginning of Term 1, 2026

Duties and Responsibilities

- Prepare and deliver lessons and relevant assessment tasks based on the national curriculum and VCAA that align with the values of the College.
- Have a detailed knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum for applicable subjects.
- Contribute to a professional team approach to teaching.
- Understand the ways assessment and evaluation promotes learning.
- Be familiar with and able to adapt to creative learning environments where individuals feel secure and valued while challenged to define and pursue their own interests.
- Be able to identify, reflect and implement good practice in teaching.
- Communicate openly and honestly with fellow staff members, students and parents.

Role Requirements

- Possess VIT Registration along with relevant tertiary qualification.
- Be able to demonstrate innovative practices in an educational context.
- Be able to demonstrate knowledge, experience and passion for teaching.
