Enrolments

We look forward to welcoming you and your family to Bialik College.

If you are interested to find out more about Bialik College, book a tour of the campus or enquire about enrolment, please contact our Registrar, Michelle Bergman on [email protected] or 9822 7981.

We take enrolment applications throughout the year and are happy to take you and your child/ren on a tour of the campus at a time that suits you. We also hold an Information Evening in May and Open Day in August each year.

To apply for a place at Bialik College, the following must be submitted:

1. Enrolment Application form – signed by both parents. Please contact the Registrar for a form to be sent to you.
2. Non-refundable application fee of $150.
3. Copy of student’s most recent school report where applicable.
4. Copy of student’s birth certificate.
5. Copy of student’s immunisation status.

The Registrar will place your child’s name on the enrolment register (waiting list). Applications are listed in order of receipt of their applications. Preference is generally given on the waiting list to siblings and the children of Old Collegians depending on the number of places available. Additional consideration is given to the children of staff. When an application is deferred, the relevant date for the waiting list is the original date of registration.

Entry into Creche:

Bialik’s new state-of-the-art creche in the Judith Hellen Children’s Centre is opening July 2019.

The creche welcomes applications for babies and toddlers aged 3-months to 3-years. The new creche will become part of Bialik’s award-winning ELC, and will likewise be managed by our highly skilled and professional staff, beloved by parents and children alike for their outstanding level of love, care and concern for young children.

If you are interested in applying or going on a tour of the facilities, please contact our Registrar (details below).

Entry into 3-yr old Kinder:

The Early Leaning Centre begins at 3-yr old Kinder and is a registered long day care centre. Inspired by the Reggio Emilia educational approach, our youngest learners are encouraged to be risk-takers, to test theories and to question, and in doing so acquire sound basic skills in all areas including technology.

Find out more about 3-yr old Kinder at Bialik. If you are interested in enrolling your child in 3-yr old Kinder, contact our Registrar (details below) to complete an application form and book a tour of the school.

Parents are requested to respond promptly to the offers of place to ensure that people on the waiting list can be offered a place should the offer be refused.
