The Recreational program consists of all women’s and men’s artistic gymnastics’ apparatus training, as well as strength and flexibility components.

Kinder Gym incorporates learning basic gymnastics’ shapes and skills through play. Equipment and activities are set up to encourage child and parent to work together.
This is an ideal program for an older gymnasts aged 8-15 who want to train twice a week and attend up to 4 competitions per year. In Gymstar the emphasis is on the execution of skills and routines rather than difficulty.
Australian Levels Program (ALP) aimed at students between 5 & 8 years of age. Offering both Womens Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) Levels 1-3 & Mens Artistics Gymnastics (MAG) Level 1-2.
Students must be invited to these competition squads and require between 2.5 to 9 hours of training per week. This program is used Australia-wide giving states the opportunity to compete up to 6 times per year.
