Bialik College Secures Coveted Second Place in State Rankings

In a stunning academic achievement, Bialik College has clinched the second spot in the state, affirming its longstanding tradition of excellence in the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE). The announcement came alongside outstanding individual performances, with two students, Harry Hendel and Mia Wegener, earning the coveted title of College Dux with an impressive ATAR of 99.90.

The accomplishment is further highlighted by a cohort of high-achieving students who secured ATARs of 99 and above, including Jennifer Broide, Toby Grodski, Charlotte Kleytman, Jake Symons, and Samuel Volchek.

The VCE results provide a statistical overview of Bialik's exceptional performance:

- 8.9% of ATARs surpassed the remarkable threshold of 99

- A notable 24.1% achieved ATARs above 98

- An impressive 38% secured ATARs above 95

- A majority of 67.1% attained ATARs above 85

- The pinnacle of academic success was marked by 5 perfect study scores of 50

- A commendable 34.1% of study scores reached 40 or above

- The median study score stood at an impressive 37
