French Model UN Conference

On Thursday 20 July three Year 11 students, Rebecca P, Hannah M and Nathan H, plus French exchange student, Léonie P, participated in a French Model UN Conference, a creative simulation of the UN General Assembly. Bialik students represented the interests of Cuba. It was a fantastic opportunity for them not only to learn about the UN system and to discuss the issue of climate change and the impact it has on different countries but it also enabled them to practice their negotiation and public speaking skills, all in French!
